The Tree is coming down, the lights are coming down, the New Year’s champagne is gone, and we’re supposed to be left with a full tank of energy to take on this new year. Sigh. The Holidays – a time for the 5 “F’s”: family, friends, fun, food and, since my goal for 2016 is to try to be more lady-like and stop swearing like a sailor, we will say FREAKING STRESS!

From Thanksgiving to New Years we are running around like crazy people rushing to get everything done.
