Just like Monday night Get Fit Bootcamp, but shorter. If you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine come try this whole new approach to exercise…fun! Get Fit Bootcamp EXPRESS is an ever changing class that will never be the same week to week. This class will utilize different styles – tabatas, intervals, circuits, strength training. You name it, this class will offer it. Please bring an exercise mat (if you have one), water & a great attitude!
Wednesdays, 5:30 AM at the Fitness To Go Studio
Are you looking for a fast paced class that will keep your heart rate elevated with fun and unique exercises that are guaranteed to give you result? Get Fit HIITZ is 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, alternating between periods of “work” with periods of “rest”, to set your metabolism ON FIRE!!! This workout will leave you feeling strong, energized and motivated! This class is for everyone! Modifications can be made to make the workout just right for your fitness level. Take it down or kick it up a notch…..this class is what you make it! This weekly class is a great addition to Get Fit Bootcamp and a great way to take your workout to the next level.
