Get Fit Bootcamp

A bootcamp style class for teens and adults of all fitness levels. If you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine – come try this whole new approach to exercise…fun! Get Fit Bootcamp is a unique Bootcamp style class that combines functional cardio, strength training and core work all in an exciting workout. This class is offered 2 times a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

 

 

Get Fit HIITZ

Join this fast paced 45 minute class that will keep your heart rate elevated with fun and unique exercises that are guaranteed to give you results. We’ll use High Intensity Interval Training, alternating between periods of “work” with periods of “rest” to set your metabolism ON FIRE!!!  Modifications can be made to make the workout just right for your fitness level. 

SPACE IS LIMITED – REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR BOOTCAMPS
